CHSP and Support at Home are not the same thing
CHSP continues to operate for entry-level help. Support at Home is a separate program for people with more complex ageing-related needs. The Australian Government says CHSP will transition to Support at Home no earlier than 1 July 2027, so it is important to check which program and services apply to the person you are helping.
Later Life Map can help families orient themselves, but it is not an eligibility assessment, a provider quote or a guarantee of service coverage. An office location does not by itself confirm that a provider serves every address.
